Hi, I'm Majda

I have a confession: I love planning trips. When I'm researching a destination, I already feel like I'm traveling - falling into research rabbit holes, piecing together the puzzle of what will make a trip special. That's why friends and family always come to me when they're planning their trips. But what I love most isn't just the planning itself. It's understanding the people I'm planning for.

I'm a big empath. I love figuring out what will make YOUR trip great, not some generic version of "great," but what matters to you specifically. When you tell me about your trip, I'm listening for the dynamics: who you're traveling with, what you're excited about, what you're nervous about, how your group actually works together. That's where the magic happens.

Most travel advice assumes we all experience the world the same way. But I know that's not true. What passport you hold, how you navigate safety, what you need day-to-day, what you value, which phase of your life you are in - these aren't small details. They change everything. So I don't make assumptions. I see you. I listen. I plan for your reality, not a generic one. That's what real personalization means.

I understand these different realities because I've lived them. I've traveled to 50+ countries and lived in many different countries across the globe. But honestly? My experience isn't about checking destinations off a list. It's about learning to adapt, to feel at ease anywhere, and to understand what makes a place click for different people.

I've experienced firsthand how travel looks different depending on your passport, your background, your identity. I know what it's like when generic advice doesn't apply to you. And I've learned that comfort isn't about fancy, it's about feeling safe and happy wherever you are.

Here's how I think about travel: Authenticity is deeply personal. For me, it's a mindset: being open, curious, and respectful. What feels authentic to you might be completely different from what works for someone else, and that's exactly how it should be. I want to help you connect to a place, not just see it. That moment when you feel you've actually understood something about where you are? That's what matters.

And planning? I plan a lot, but I see the itinerary as a starting point, not a rigid schedule. It's there so you feel prepared and don't waste time, but then you adapt—based on the weather, the vibe, the people you meet. Smart planning creates freedom, not restrictions.

Here's what I've noticed: Most people come to me because they're overwhelmed by information overload, or they don't trust agencies to really get them, or they have too many moving pieces to juggle (different realities, different travelers, different needs, different comfort levels). Sometimes it's just that they don't have time, or they don't want to plan alone. Often, they tell me they don't see themselves in the generic advice online, it doesn't feel relevant to who they are.

What makes me different: I don't just plan trips to places. I plan trips for people. I understand group dynamics and individual needs within that group. I create realistic itineraries while genuinely listening to what you want, what worries you, and what will make you happy. I don't assume your travel experience looks like everyone else's. I adapt to your actual comfort level and priorities, not what I think they should be. I've even traveled internationally with pets, so if your trip includes furry family members, I know what that takes.

A quick note on destinations: I've lived in Africa, Europe, and South America, so I know those regions more intimately. I traveled to 6 out of the 7 continents.
I work in English and French, can hold my own in Portuguese and Spanish, and have some basic Arabic notions.
I can prepare a great trip anywhere with good research. The magic isn't just about where I've been—it's about understanding what you need from your trip and finding the right information to make it happen.

I believe everyone should travel. It opens minds and helps us see the world from different perspectives.

If you're planning a trip and the idea of talking it through with someone who'll actually see you and your specific needs sounds appealing, let's talk.
